Requirements- Documentation of all guests, National ID document / Passport / Spanish ID document for foreign residents [NIE].Payment- A 35% deposit will be charged to your credit card. - The balance of 65% must be paid on your arrival.Included- One week cleaning (sheets & towels change)- Power, gas and water bills- WifiCheck in- From Monday to Sunday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.- Arrivals after 8 p.m. will incur an additional charge of 30 Euros.- Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional charge of 50 Euros.Security deposit- A security deposit of one month will be paid on arrival to cover any damage to the flat during your stay. The deposit will be returned (less utility charges and any charges for damage) once you have left the flat and we have checked the premises. Minimum stay:- The minimum stay in these flats is 45 nights. - The Residents’ Association does not allow parties to be held in the building.

We were the second time in the Apartment escudellers. We were very happy :-)
Situación y trato buenos. Relación precio-calidad regular, podría ser mejor. Equipamiento fungible escaso. Papel higiénico, demasiado ajustado, sin rollo de cocina, sin sal, azúcar, aceite y vinagre. Cosas básicas. Por lo demás bien.
For the price we paid, the location was good but the apartment left much to be desired. It was safe and clean and we were on a low floor, so we can't really complain. But between the impossible wifi connection (for an extra fee) that rarely let us send an iMessage or WhatsApp, to the balcony door that didn't fully close and let a lot of late-night noise in from the street and an unreliable shower temp (which, we also get, it's Europe, hot water doesn't last forever but I would expect more than 5 minutes) we probably wouldn't choose to stay again, especially because of the steep price tag. Regarding the wifi: not sure if the router is split between the 5 Classbedroom Apartments in the building, but allowing everyone to access each other's defeats the purpose of having more than one network. And to have to pay for it, which we have never experienced in all our rental experiences, we would expect something more reliable. We weren't trying to stream TV or video chat, just send me

Die Lage ist einfach Excellent. Der Empfang war sehr gut, etwas schwierig am Anfang die Wohnung zu finden. Die Nummer 36 war nicht zu finden, sehr unauffällig. Die Wohnung ist gut, die Betten nicht sehr komfortabel.Bettwäsche und Badetücher werden leider nicht erneut ( 14 Tage Aufenthalt).Jetzt kommt der Knüller, die Treppe , das sind 45 Treppen, habe ich gezählt, jeden Tag einkaufen und die Taschen hochschleppen , eigentlich sehr schlecht jeden Tag zwei oder gar dreimal die Treppe hoch und runter. Ansonsten, die Betreuung durch Herrn Pau ist gut, Kommunikation sehr gut. Ich denke, der Preis könnte etwas weniger sein, damit das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir waren insgesamt mit unserem Urlaub zufrieden, obwohl die Düsche hat auch durch den Boiler immer nicht genügendes hisses Wasse zum Duschen und gleichzeitig Haare zu waschen. We got what we wanted: a straight forward, clean apartment in the old centre.
Nous voyagions avec notre fille de 3 ans et donc l'endroit était parfait pour partir en balade. Il est entouré de bons restaurants, une boulangerie et un maraîcher. Du bruit pour dormir du côté salon mais très calme dans la chambre et l'on sait quand un voisin se douche ou tire la chasse d'eau (nous ça nous a fait rire). Accueil très sympathique. Seul point négatif la bouilloire était inutilisable et le presse orange ne fonctionnait pas mais ce n'est pas grand chose face à c'est super vacances merci

Siamo stati molto bene soprattutto per la posizione che è eccezzionale. Piuttosto vorrei sapere se abbiamo lasciato una coperta da bambino li da voi in modo che un mio amico passi a prenderla. grazie
excelente apartamento. cuenta con todo lo necesario para ahorrar en comidas (viajábamos con niños pequeños que no pueden estar comiendo bocadillos y hamburguesas todo el tiempo) y se puede ir y venir fácilmente porque está en el centor de BCN. Las plazas para dormir en el sofá-cama no son muy cómodas (muy ruidoso también por la noche) y para quien no le guste el mosaico cultural y social variado no es una buena opción porque el entorno no es precisamente "bonito" pero esto a su vez permite adentrarse en negocios pequeños y locales que no aparecen en las guías y que valen la pena. muy buena experiencia en estos apartamentos!
It was not so easy to find the hotel at one am. And not so nice area to be in i the middle of the night!

L'appartement est très bien situé même si parfois c'est un peu bruyant la nuit. Très bon accueil, appartement propre, correspond aux photos. Très bon séjour. Nous y reviendrons à l'occasion.
Nice clean apt very close to the Rambla, with aircondition. Good service from Class bedroom when we needed assistance. A narrow stair so not for people with mobility problems. I would go back without a doubt.

Die Lage war sehr zentral aber dadurch auch sehr laut, das muss man wissen. Es wäre wichtig darauf hinzuweisen, dass man nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren konnte!!

tres bien situé confortable mais trés bruyant la nuit
Wohnung super gelegen, mitten im gotischen Viertel! Dadurch allerdings auch etwas laut nachts/morgens, vorallem wenn man auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schläft. Im Schlafzimmer ist es sehr ruhig. Wohnung allgemein klein und eng.

Great location, but a little noise at night. Just off the Ramblas, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend, but need to be able to climb stairs as there is on lift. Bill and Margaret 9/12/2010
